Refund eligibility depends on the confirmed quotation, invoice, cancellation date, services already used and non-refundable payments made to suppliers.
Visa assistance, permits, issued tickets, hotel penalties, payment-processing charges and other committed supplier costs may be non-refundable.
Approved refunds are returned through an available lawful payment method after supplier reconciliation. Banking and processing times are outside our control.
Exchange-rate changes, intermediary bank fees and card-provider charges may affect the final amount received.
