The required deposit, payment schedule and included services will be stated in your written quotation or invoice. A booking is confirmed only after payment and written acceptance.
Requested changes are subject to availability and may affect the price. Supplier change fees and additional costs are payable by the traveler.
Cancellation charges depend on notice, season and supplier rules. Non-refundable hotel, transport, ticket, permit, visa and banking costs will be deducted where applicable.
If we must cancel a service we will offer a reasonable alternative, travel credit or refund for the affected recoverable service, subject to supplier refunds and force-majeure conditions.
All cancellation and amendment requests must be sent in writing to sales@azerbaijan-tours.com.
