Held in a traditional Baku kitchen, this 4-hour cooking class teaches you how to make four of Azerbaijan's most beloved dishes from scratch under the guidance of chef Aynur — who has been cooking for 30 years and runs cooking classes with all the warmth of inviting you into her own home (because it is!).
You'll cook: Shah plov (saffron rice in a bread crust), dolma (stuffed vine leaves), dovgha (yoghurt soup), and pakhlava (baklava). All ingredients provided. You eat everything you cook at the end. Recipe cards to take home.
