Go to evisa.gov.az
Open the official Azerbaijan e-ASAN visa portal in your browser. Don't use Google — type the address directly to avoid fake third-party sites that charge higher fees.

Click "Apply for eVisa"
Select "Tourist visa" as your visa type. Choose your nationality/passport country. The system will confirm if you're eligible for eVisa or if another process applies to your nationality.

Fill in the application form
Enter your full name (exactly as in your passport), date of birth, passport number, passport expiry date, intended entry date, and planned duration of stay. Double-check everything — errors delay processing.

Upload required documents
You need: (1) A passport-style photo on white background, (2) A clear scan or photo of your passport's bio page showing all four edges. Both should be in JPG or PNG format, under 300KB.

Pay the $26 USD fee
Pay by credit or debit card (Visa or Mastercard). You'll receive an email confirmation with a reference number immediately after payment. Save this email.

Receive your eVisa PDF by email
Within 3–5 business days, you'll receive your eVisa as a PDF attachment by email. Print it out OR save it on your phone — both are accepted at the airport. Show it at immigration on arrival in Baku.
