The Azerbaijan eVisa has one standard fee regardless of nationality (for eVisa-eligible countries): $29 USD for a 30-day single-entry visa. This is the published standard eVisa total. The official portal also offers an urgent option and displays the applicable charge during the application. Payment is made online by credit or debit card at the time of application.

Third-party agencies add a service fee on top of the genuine $29 government charge. The application itself is identical regardless of which site you use — applying directly at evisa.gov.az means paying only the official fee.
Is the fee refundable if my visa is rejected?

Does the fee change for multiple-entry visas?
No — the standard $29 fee covers a single-entry 30-day visa, which is what nearly all leisure travelers need. Multiple-entry visas are handled separately through the embassy, not the standard eVisa portal.
